Get to know Laura
Ten years ago, Laura found herself in Key West consumed by the natural beauty around her and surrounded by stacks (and stacks!) of design magazines, and she realized the need to translate her passion for design into a career. That led to a decade of experience and education in design, including time in Washington D.C., Ghana, South Africa, New York City, and beyond. Laura spent several years working in the field and applying her diverse exposure to various projects overseas and nationwide, then obtained a Master’s of Science in Interior Design at Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, and worked for several leading NYC design firms, including Gensler. She enjoys all design projects, and feels just as comfortable spearheading a residential gut renovation, as she does developing custom design build details for a restaurant or office space. Laura loves design, applies meticulous attention to detail, and enjoys collaborating with her clients to create beautiful and functional spaces that speak to the needs and tastes of her clients.
